It is intended for parents with basic problems and for those who can easily follow written instructions with some corrections only during the 3 phone calls in total within one month starting from the date when the action plan is received.

• Analysis of Child Profile – filling in the Profile before the consultation is required
• Video or phone conversation to establish needs between 9:00am and 2:00pm
• Action Plan suited to the child’s needs delivered within 7 working days
• 3x phone call up to 30 mins – o which one is the conversation regarding your doubts and questions to the action plan and two other are support calls within one month from the day the action plan was delivered.
• Possibility to exchange the phone calls to emails with questions.
• One month free of charge access to a professional chlid sleep application.
• Time needed for the first phone conversation – up to 2 weeks.
